Join our team as a Revenue Coordinator, supporting regional operations from our Duluth office. In this role, you'll be the organizational backbone of the office, maintaining accurate records, and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in accounts receivable/invoicing, payroll processing, and general administrative support. You'll handle a variety of responsibilities including reception duties, data entry, payroll entry and review, travel coordination, purchasing support, and fleet coordination—making this a great fit for a detail-oriented multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced, people-facing environment.

Position Details:

  • Full time, permanent position
  • Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week
  • On site 5 days a week in Duluth, MN

Responsibilities

Administrative Support 

  • Maintaining accurate records & scheduling maintenance related to fleet vehicles as needed 
  • Entering purchasing information into eRequester as required 

Records/File Management 

  • Administering miscellaneous file systems 
  • Archiving files/records appropriately  

Employee Onboarding 

  • Providing onboarding of new employees, including completion of payroll, union & training documentation and forwarding as necessary 
  • Maintaining employee profile database, including NDT certifications, eye exams and other job related requirements 
  • Reviewing completed security clearance packages
  • Other work duties as assigned. 

Requirements

  • The position requires a secondary school diploma with a minimum of 2 years of related administrative experience preferred
  • Related post-secondary training would be considered an asset 
  • Microsoft Office and office support systems 
  • Experience with invoicing, accounts recievable, and payroll considered a strong asset 
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work 
  • Ability to respond to changing priorities and meet changing timelines 
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail 
  • Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills
