Acuren is seeking a T&D Project Manager (Operations Support) to join our Transmission & Distribution inspection team. This position plays a critical role in coordinating and overseeing the successful execution of inspection, data collection, and project management activities across multiple utility infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on, detail-oriented project professional with strong organizational and communication skills. This role supports operations both in the field and remotely, collaborating with project staff, clients, and management to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with Acuren and customer standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support planning, scheduling, and coordination of T&D inspection and infrastructure projects.
  • Manage project scope and deliverables for project staff to ensure timely, efficient execution.
  • Monitor day-to-day field and office operations, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Assist the Operations Manager with client communications, project updates, and reporting.
  • Oversee adherence to Acuren’s and customer’s safety and quality policies.
  • Conduct or support safety audits, quality reviews, and performance tracking.
  • Prepare project reports, schedules, and progress documentation.
  • Perform additional duties as required, including quality assurance, inspections, or piloting when needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in Transmission & Distribution, Utilities, or Infrastructure Inspection.
  • Proven experience leading multidisciplinary project staff in both field and remote environments.
  • Strong understanding of FAA, DOT, and utility inspection standards preferred.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, or similar project management tools.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

  • Pay Transparency: As per applicable state law the job posting pay range is $29.00 - 48.00 an hour depending on experience and applicable certifications.
