Sales Assistant

Acuren is seeking an Sales Assistant with a strong desire to work in a dynamic, team environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience and skills as an individual contributor, with demonstrated success in automotive and aerospace segments. This position plays a critical role in the selling process. 

The successful candidate must be an assertive and confident self-starter with the ability to learn quickly, be energetic and personable, and able to manage multiple priorities while working with minimal supervision. Skills required include the ability to think creatively, highly organized, attentiveness to detail and the capacity to effectively comprehend and relay technical information.

• Generate leads by prospecting and qualifying target accounts
• Extend the reach of outside sales and operations by generating leads and other sales activity support
• Provide support for outside sales representatives, operations and other customer-facing roles
• Conduct virtual sales presentations and other remote selling activity with target and current customers
• Align with operations to prepare quotes and close deals

• High school diploma or equivalent required.  Higher degree a plus. 
• Strong mechanical aptitude, solid math skills and the ability to understand technical products and services
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and web-based applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A sense of urgency for maintaining a high standard of customer service and experiences
• Relationship building
