Acuren is searching for an IRATA Level III Field Supervisor. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with a multi-disciplined team of technicians and trades people, as well as providing a consistent work schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Successfully coordinate and execute all company service delivery requirements
  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and completion of specific project(s) for the Rope Access team
  • Work with the client(s), manage the scope of work on specific projects, coaching and supervision of employees on the project, as well as supporting communication between the company, clients, and employees
  • Accountable for the overall safety of the work environment for the crew, including ensuring compliance with Acuren, client, OSHA, and other applicable standards

Requirements

  • IRATA Level 3 Certification with minimum 3 years' experience
  • Field level supervisory experience
  • Additional NDT and/or Trade certifications would be considered an asset
  • Willingness to routinely travel overnight
  • deep understanding of our industry, industrial environments, or client business
  • proficiency in computer and Microsoft programs
  • excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
